Charlote Tilbury launches two new lipstick shades inspired by Kate Middleton, called The Duchess, a pinkish nude, and The Legendary Queen, a deep red. We know Kate can’t wear red nail polish (Palace rules — even the Queen has only worn a sheer pink shade from Essie ever since), but what about red lipstick? Bummer if she couldn’t wear the shade she was named after. Maybe Meghan Markle could give it a try?
