Boracay Island’s Spicebird is coming to Manila and opening permanently at The Grid in Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center on September 16, 2020.
Spicebird is known for its Piri-Piri Chicken, Pork Belly, and other grilled dishes, as well as its famous Piri-Piri sauce, which customers can now enjoy without having to fly to Boracay. “It all started when we tried a streetside Piri-Piri stall in London and that became our peg for the sauce. We had a South African guest once in Spicebird, and he said he was excited to try our sauce because he grew up with it — and he loved it, he said it was very authentic,” says owner Nowie Potenciano.
Spicebird dishes will also be available for delivery.
Spicebird will be at Stall 14, The Grid Food Market, R2 Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City. We’ll be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during GCQ.
For delivery, visit http://www.spicebirdgrill.com or call 092 66 55 33 44 or The Grid hotline at 09177077459, and @thegridfoodmarket on Facebook and Instagram.
