Best of Boracay restaurants to come to Manila

Where to get the fluffiest pancakes ever!

With the island-paradise temporarily closed to tourists, get your Boracay fix at these pop-up restaurants in Manila! Coco Mama, Spicebird, Poketo, Fat Rice and crowd favorite Sunny Side Café are coming to a pop-up near you.

According to owners Nowie and Odette Potenciano, a limited selection of each restaurant’s most popular dishes will be available. Since the closure of the island, a huge number of workers have been displaced and left without jobs. The pop-ups are efforts to “provide some income for the staff who were affected by the closure of Boracay, if only for a few months.”
“It’s the first time most of our shops are doing a pop-yp in Manila and we don’t know if we’ll do it again,” says Nowie. So if you haven’t tried their restaurants, this might be your only chance in the next six months!
